Particular Firewall rules needed for Restore Portal

Post by LWicks »

Hey guys,

I have the restore portal setup and working on the V365 server. However, it's not currently working for end users. I know this is likely to be due to a firewall rule and I have added one for port 4443. I just wondered if there were anymore that might need to be configured for this to work?

Thanks!

Hello Lawrence

Have you followed our port requirement list? If you have used a dedicated Host (Host Machine with REST API) for the restore portal, additional ports are required:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=60

Also check again with the userguide that you don't have missed a configuration step:
https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=60

If it's still not working, please open a support case and let us know your case number.

Thanks
