Can I transfer the license to a new employee immediately after the old employee resigns?

For example, if the old employee resigns on February 28, can I transfer the license to the new employee on March 1?

If so, will the data I previously backed up for the old employee still be available?

Licenses are revoked after 31 days, but we’ll retain the data as long as your retention policy is set for.

Depending on how you consume VDC will impact your options here, do you have this product sold to you via a reseller, or do you pay for it via Azure marketplace? And do you license your entire tenant or only partial?
