I had VBO backup to onprem with DAS and need to backup copy job to azure cloud.Can I backup copy job to Azure Blob Storage Archive access tier?

Backup Copy Jobs can copy backups from Object Storage based repositories to Azure Archive or AWS S3 Glacier. But not from DAS (jet based).
We recommend object storage based repositories for VB365. They have much better compression and are more stable.

If you want to have a copy of the backup, you can use a veeam agent or a VM backup job to backup the entire VB365 machine.
