Point in time when a trial license is used

Hey guys,

i noticed a weird behavior in VBO365 where a license of 9700 users is installed.
Some users are using trial license und and the bigger part is fully licensed.

The sum of both license type in addition is covered by the installed license.
My question is: At what point in time the user becomes fully licensed?

Hi Chris

In the first month a user is backed up, he gets the license state „trial“. When the next new month starts at the 1st day (for example on Feb 1st), the license state will change from trial to fully licensed.
