Processing mailbox failed with error

So i has setup a new backup job for our O365 tenant org.
Initial backup ran pretty good except i see several mailbox errors. .

"2021-05-12 1:58:08 AM :: Processing mailbox bob.johns@domain.ca failed with error: Mail item data export failed. Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: m:Data, m:ExportItemsResponseMessage, m:ResponseMessages, m:ExportItemsResponse, s:Body, s:Envelope. Line 1, position 8615234. :: 0:22:19"

How do i fix this?

It may indicate some network issues (check out these older posts).
