Haven't looked at O365 backup yet but have a quick question - what are the restore options for Public Folder content, if we needed to restore other than back to original location?
In other words, is it possible to restore to .pst/.eml etc.?

Kindly, take a look at the restore options provided by VBO here. Please keep in mind that bulk restore is not supported for public folders and you have to use per-object restore instead. Cheers!
