Remove Backup data and license used

Hi.

I have installed a Community edition of VB Microsoft 365.

I have done first a test job with 2 users on a local storage, and then configured a new job with 6 users.

I delete the test job, but i still see that i am using 8 users.

I ask:
- how to remove the backupped data? (i see on the users manual that the the removing of a job don't remove the data
- how to remove the 2 test licenses?

Hello Pierluigi

If an object was not backed up within 31 days, the license is automatically revoked.
Manual revoking a license before the 31 days are over involves using PowerShell to remove backup data first and then revoking the license.
