Remove Sharepoint site from backup chain

Ok, I have an interesting request. One of my customers has to certify that it has removed all files about a business deal from their network. These files were stored in a SharePoint library backed up with Veeam. How would I remove just that site from all the daily backups from the past 6 months?

You can remove the entire library/site with Remove-VBOEntityData.
