Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to create user account with read-only access for the REST API?
I've created a local user account and made it a member of the local administrators group and that works for REST API access.
Ideally we only want to read the data out of the REST API for things like backups jobs, organizations backed up etc. not make and changes. Maybe I'm missing a step somewhere.
Thanks
Kevin

Re: REST API read-only access
Hi Kevin
Currently there is no "read-only" user permission in VB365 RESTAPI. But thanks for the feature request.
In case you use the Service Provider Console, in the next version (v7) you should be able to use VSPC REST API to get this VB365 information with a read only user.
Thanks
Fabian
