RestAPI issue

Post by scarnes@apex.com »

Im having a issue with the restAPI. Its returning 0 results. I also cannot hit swagger. I have tried disabling RestAPI and Re-Enabling. I have also tested with just self assigned certs. Still nothing. The port is open. The error I get when trying to browse the API via swagger https://IP:4443/swagger/ui is a XML page saying "An Error has occurred". It seems there is something wrong with the webservice. I dont know how to fix. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I have opened a ticket with VEEAM but have not heard a response. Also, are there any log files that could help? If so whats the path of the log file?

Thanks!!
Stephen

Stephen,

Can you give us your support ticket so we can have a look?

I haven't heard about an issue with the REST service. You might need to restart the service again but that is the only thing I can think off now.

Sounds very similar to what I had occur. Do you happen to have an older version of the explorers loaded on that same machine?

Are you running the correct Veeam Explorers on the server? Could you try to re-install both the one for Exchange and SharePoint?
