Restore every email for user in Microsoft 365
Is it possible to restore every email that was in a persons mailbox for the last 6 months? I see restoring at a certain point, but what if something was deleted in between?

Welcome to the forum.
If you start the restore session with "Show items that have been deleted by user", you will also be able to restore deleted mails which are still in the backup repository. :
