Hi,
We are having an issue with restoring data from Exchange or Sharepoint from Explorer. We have just upgrade to the last version of Veeam office365 (5.0.1.225), the backup is running without any problem but when try to restore data we get this message:
Some Backup data is not available. This can occur if some of the backup proxies or repositories are not accessible.
Proxies are up to date and repositories are on the same network.
Any suggestions?

Hi Shahin,
If you've already checked everything is ok with proxies and repositories, I'd recommend you to open a Support ticket.
Support engineers will be able to analyse your logs and figure out what happened.
Please also share your case ID with us, it's mandatory when you post a technical issue.
