Restore Portal
We have configured the Restore Portal for users to restore on their own. Users can log into the portal fine. when they attempt to do a restore they get an error that says " The Maximum count of operator restore sessions reached"
Is there a way to fix this?

Re: Restore Portal
This issue may occur if you put to the Restore List items from different subsites (or, for example, a mix of items from the user's Archive and primary mailboxes). To resolve it, a restore operator can manually select in the Restore List items from the same subsite and runs their restore (i.e. do consequent restores of items from the same mailbox/archive mailbox/subsite).

Re: Restore Portal
This even happens for a restore operator restoring a single email.

Re: Restore Portal
Then it doesn't look normal at all. I'd suggest you open a support case and provide logs to our engineers for investigation.
Also, please, share your case ID here for further follow-up.
Thanks!
