Restore to different tenant

Hello

i'm trying to restore users to another tenant

I tried modern authentication and it says failed to access mailbox

If I try basic authentication it says failed to access mailbox http 401

any idea ?

i'm using latest version

Welcome to the R&D forum. Restoring to another tenant is possible.
Both methods work fine for me. Make sure that the user you use to authenticate yourself against Microsoft (Basic and ModernAuth-DeviceLogin) has full access permissions on the target mailbox or the application impersonation role.

If you still see issues with the restore after adding the mandatory permissions, please open a case with our support and provide us with the case number.
