Hello
I have already opened a case, but I wanted to ask you about your experiences with it.
I am doing a restore in Explorer for TEAMS and no matter what date I select for the file it says that the restore is done and the description is always "Skipped".
When we look afterwards to see if anything has changed, there is no change in the area.

Re: Restore von TEAMS always skipped
Hi Mario,
Are you restoring deleted data or something that is still present in production?
And could you please also provide your support case ID?
Thanks!

Re: Restore von TEAMS always skipped
iv got an answer from support but this is not that what i really want to hear.
Did you have any information for me about this topic?
Answer veeam support
"From what I can see in the screenshots you've sent, you are trying to restore planner.
This is not supported and what it does really is just backing up the tab itself and not the data. "
My questions
And how do I proceed if I want to restore the planner?
How do I have to create the backup so that the data is saved?
The answer is not satisfactory for me as this case involves customer data.

Re: Restore von TEAMS always skipped
Hi Mario
Planner is on our roadmap. But we don't have an ETA yet.
Why is backup + recovery not possible today? In the past we didn't had the required API (for Modern app only authentication) from Microsoft to provide a Planner backup and restore solution. As an external organization, we require public APIs to protect Microsofts SaaS offerings.
Now those APIs are available and we are considering to add Planner support to a future version of Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. Please also see our official comments (from Polina + Mike) about Planner in the following topic: post511247.html#p511247
Best,
Fabian
