Restoring Teams channels to alternate teams

Is there way to restore a channel to a different team? Effectively giving the ability to move a channel from one team to another.

That's not possible. And for such type of restore, how would you handle preserving permissions and access rights, if, for example, source and target teams/channels have a different set of members/owners?
