Retention rates

Hi
For Exchange online mailboxes can you have multiple item level retention rates?

Our exchange online mailboxes are backed up to a cloud service provider with an item retention rate of 90 days. I now have a need for one mailbox to have a retention rate of 5 years but i still want to have all of my other mailboxes at 90 days.

Is this possible?

Retention in VB365 is configured on the repository. If you have objects which require a longer retention, your cloud provider must create a new repository for you. Then backup this single mailbox to the new repository.

I suggest you contact your cloud provider and discuss with them what they can do for you within their service policies.
