s3 storage POC - unrecognized guid format

We are testing out Veeam 365 with S3 compatible storage and had a repo go out of sync. We ran through the synchronization successfully, however when jobs run against it now, numerous objects report Unrecognized GUID Format and fail - despite running a "full" job. It appears a synch cannot be run again as veeam doesn't think the repo is out of sync. What is the best way to address this guid error?

Make sure to use a trial license of VB365. Typically, trial licences get responses from our support team. Using the community edition provides best-effort support and responses aren’t guaranteed.
