Seems like Backup for office is not taking all the folders

Seems like Backup for Office is not taking all folders on users in the onedrive backup, is there something i'm missing, it says All on users in the organisation

Does someone have same problem?

This might be related to your retention setting on the repository. Can you check on the setting for the repository if it is set to item-level or snapshot based? And what is the total duration of the retention?

If you are using item-level with a specific amount of years, it could be those files weren't touched for the period and therefor fall out of retention. For more information, please check our user guide.

This means that only items that are created or modified younger than 1 year are protected. The others will be ignored as they fall out of retention as Niels said. Can you verify if this is the case?

yes, thx thats the problem, changing from 1 year to keep forever

Don't forget there is also the snapshot lvl which will work differently and might be what you need
