Select all option

I want to back up all Teams sites that have been made. I am education so have lots of teachers that use teams in their classes. When I select SharePoint, there are hundreds of Teams sites/Sharepoint that are found but no option to select all. How can I do this without having to click one at a time?

I can select entire organisation, deselect mail,OneDrive and exchange leaving just SharePoint and then on the next screen exclude personal sites.
