Setting to ensure long restore / export process is always succesfull?

Post by albertwt »

How can I ensure the long restore process is successfully exporting the content into a .ZIP format ?
Because the process itself has been showing as 3 hrs+ as successful under the Last 24 hours\ Success activity, however, the .ZIP file is still quite small and broken, cannot be opened?
[Window Title]
Compressed (zipped) Folders Error

[Content]
Windows cannot open the folder.

The Compressed (zipped) Folder 'C:\export\OneDrive-Pictures.zip' is invalid.

[OK]
Do I uncheck the bottom check box to avoid logging off? or is there any other way to do it successfully ?

Hi Albert
Do I uncheck the bottom check box to avoid logging off? or is there any other way to do it successfully ?
You can try the export with the option disable as a first troubleshooting step. Please let me know if the export is successful after that. If not, contact our customer support team to investigate further.

Technically, logging a user off the console should not impact the state of a running session.
I'd echo Fabian on opening a support case.
