Sharepoint 365 Error Failed to process site (site) The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

This was working well up until a couple days ago. Now getting this.

5/3/2020 6:11:01 PM :: Failed to process site: https://*.sharepoint.com/sites/AllStaff. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Another admin was making changes to our on-prem sharepoint site, not our 365 account. This backup job is me trying to backup our Teams sites and docs.

I've already checked that our Sharepoint 365 settings is allowing access to non-modern authentication. So I'm not sure where to go next.

It’s hard to tell what is causing it without more insight in logs. Could you open up a support case for help and let us know the id? It may be permissions issues, blocked file types,...

Also, for security reasons, I changed the url from the error message.

Okay, I can get the logs, but I don't see much more than the error initially showed.

Additionally, I can open a support case, but we're licensed through a third party and I'm always worried we'll get charged for this.

Our support is free to use. This should be part of the license you have.

Right that's the problem. Our license is through a vendor. So when we have problems we go through them. I'll see if they can open it up for me.
