Hello,
I'm evaluating Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 and I'm facing issue with SharePoint backup.
I have created a site with many subsite (Document center) to store our files. In these subsites I have created many folder and files in the default document library but Veeam never detect these files (Only folders).
The workaround I have found is to create a new document library name for exemple files, and after Veeam sees the files and folders and I'm able to backup/restore them.
Is there something special to backup the default document library ? please note that my account is global admin and also sharepoint admin.
Sorry if this is a stupèid question, I have no sharepoint knowledge
Thanks for your help.

Re: SharePoint default documents library
Hey Julien,
Actually, it should not be a problem. The default document library should be protected. Even with an evaluation ID, could you please create a support call? You will get support but without an SLA.
Thanks
Mike
