Sharepoint document deleted items' deleted date

We are using veeam to backup Microsoft 365.
My question is especially for Sharepoint documents.

When we explore a point in time, we can choose to show deleted items.
When doing so, I get access to all items in a folder, including deleted ones.

Is there a way, for deleted items, to get the deletion date?

We show previously protected items which doesn't exist in backups at the selected point in time also when you choose that option.
But we don't display in which restore point they were last protected.

We would never be able to show the exact deletion date. This date is only known to Microsoft.
May I ask for the use case?

Of course,

One of our user deleted some folders in a big document library in November or December.
If I ask to see the last backup with the

view deleted files

option, I can see the missing folders.

I would like to know what was the last time the missing folders were backuped.
That way, I would go to the day before that date and restore the

parent most

folder using the option to only restore deleted items.

My only option now is to do a kind of binary search in the history of backup to find those deletion date (or last backuped date).

Thanks for sharing.
If you choose "the latest restore point" and "Show items that have been deleted by the user" you will only restore missing folders and items with the following setting:
