SharePoint backup - The operation has timed out

Hello,

Is there a parameter in Veeam Backup for O365 we can change to increase the timeout for SharePoint backups?

One of our tentants has 2 SharePoint sites with more than 6000 subsites.
Backup now fails with the error 'Failed to process site: <site URL>. The operation has timed out'

Hi Bert,

That's possible and support engineers can assist you with that.
However, if you're running version 4, I'd consider using a dedicated proxy for these sites.
