Site backup job does not start at the time scheduled
Hi,
We have currently 2 backup josb configured in our Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 environment. One for users and one for sites. The user backup job starts exactly when scheduled but that site backup job does not. It always starts around 8:00 AM no matter what I set as a start time in the settings. The start time of the Site backup job does not even overlap with the backup window of the user backup.
Does anyone have any ideas what to do?

Hey @JutsAnotherIT-Guy
That seems not normal. Can you create a support call please? Post the case ID here and the follow-up after investigation of our engineers.
Thanks
Mike

Re: Site backup job does not start at the time scheduled
Hi,
I just realized that those jobs that started at 8:00 AM were actually retries. The scheduled backup runs actually fine, but it always tried to backup few problematic teams again at 8:00 ish. I disabled retries from that backup now. I was always just looking the status of the latest result and there were no mention about retry in that view so I didn't realize that those were actually retries until I checked out the history tab. I really don't know why I hadn't done that before. Sorry to bother you.

No worries. Glad it turned out OK.
But for my information... When is that job scheduled?
