Hello everyone!
I was trying to create some dashboards about the storage consumption of our customers, and we came up with 2 different ideas that I could not find APIs to create:
- Storage consumption per user and per product.
We do have the /v8/Reports/GenerateStorageConsumption, but this one gives us the consumption at the organization level. I was trying to break this a bit more.
Let me say that my organization is using 36GB of storage, and we are consuming only 12 licenses. With the AVG we can say that each license is using 3GB of storage. But this is only the average.
I was trying to show which user/license is using more than others, and if possible, show which product of that user is using more.
Do you guys have any idea on how to do that, using restAPIs or cmdlet?
Thanks!

Re: Storage Consumption per product? or per user?
Hi Flavio
No, unfortunately this is not possible; as the product is not tracking backup size per user account. This information is not available.w
For Mailbox and OneDrive, you can use Microsoft 365 tools to create a list of used space in Microsoft 365. Maybe you can use that for your reports.
Best,
Fabian
