Hi,
Just raising something for consideration in a future release / update for Veeam Backup for Office 365.
Microsoft is in the process of moving to TLS 1.2 on all of their services. In the Secure Score (MS Security Centre) there is a new alert/report for clients connecting to Office 365 that are using TLS 1.0. The only entry I see in my list appears to be the Veeam Backup Agent account.
The User Agent String being presented in the log is: Mozilla/4.0+(compatible;+MSIE+6.0;+MS+Web+Services+Client+Protocol+4.0.30319.42000).
Are there plans to move to TLS 1.2 in a future release?
James

Re: Support for TLS 1.2 or greater
Hi James, we will adjust where needed and make sure this is resolved in a future release to be aligned with Microsoft's process.

Re: Support for TLS 1.2 or greater
Let me add that TLS 1.2 support has been added in VBO since version 1.5. However, as Niels said, we'll take a closer look at why 1.0 may still be used in connections and fix it if needed.
Thanks!
Thanks!
