On older topics of this warning I did not see the right answer.
"Processing team posts <team name> completed with warning: Team posts are already being processed by another job"

There is no overlapping in jobs, they are dived in Mail+Archive / OneDrive / Sites+Teams.
Situation: new server for VBO, repo's copied and configured according to https://www.veeam.com/kb2649

As far as I think/guess is that is sees the old data and because of that it gives the warning?
But against that thinking: it is only on the new SharePoint-Teams backup, not on the new Exchange backup.

This message means, another job is processing the same data at the same time.

Are you protecting your Teams messages with the protected Teams Graph API?
Does the Mail+Archive run at the same time as the Sites+Teams job?

>> Sometimes. But the Mail+Archive job does have the organization with only ticked Mail and Archive.
The SharePoint-Teams job does only have ticked Sites and Teams.

Remark: The OneDrive job is split up into 5 jobs. Selection is not the organization but a dynamic Azure Group. For this Groups you can only tick boxes of Mail, Archive, OneDrive, Site, not a box of Teams. But of course here only the box OneDrive is checked.

Protected Teams API must be enabled on PowerShell.
You can check with the following command to see if it's enabled or not:

If Teams Graph API is not enabled, it may be possible that your Teams Job interferes with your Mailbox Jobs. Without the Teams Graph API, VB365 will read Teams Messages over EWS API from a hidden mailbox folder.

Please make sure to run those two jobs not at the same time. If you still see the warning, please open a support case and provide me with the case number.

API is False, so will enable that later - I indeed now see the extra checkbox.
First I go to check if jobs are not running together if there comes the warnings from.

Enabled and jobs does not run together: have not seen these messages now anymore.
