Hi,
We recently upgraded to latest version (v5) of Veeam backup for Office 365 - and noticed that "Teams explorer" is missing from the menus - and when opening it manually it dosent show any data.
Isent it supose to work ?

Hi Leon,
To make it work, you need to have some Teams backups.
There're a few steps to do:
1) Edit your organization in VBO and select Teams service. Make sure to grant your service account or application (depending on what auth type you use) additional permissions required for Teams, as listed in the user guide
2) After that, you'll see that Teams are available as a new type of backup object and you can add them to a backup job.
Upon the job completion, you can explore such backup with Veeam Explorer for Teams.

Ok, thats a bit more complicated that we had hoped since most of the different customers we backup use unlicensed backup admin accounts.
Will have to look into how we solve that
