Hello together,
is it possible to do a Tenand01(Backup) to Tenand02(Replication) migration ?
Outlook and Onedrive are working fine so far.
the problem is that in sharepoint works I get error 403 forbidden ?

Correct, at this point in time, it is not possible to migrate data from a SharePoint Online backup to another tenant. We are looking into this, but I can't promise when that will come in the product.
