MS Case 2403190030006492 is for the "increased size for mailbox jobs" issue. You can open a case with Microsoft and ask them to provide you with updates from that case. It's a case Veeam has opened with Microsoft to investigate the issue. Your case may even help Microsoft in their investigation.

This issue is not related to the "increased mailbox size issue". Please open a second case with our customer support team for it.
