Throttle not working
I have set the bandwidth limit on the proxy server to 60Mps and my network guy showed me that it is using over 90Mbps. Is there something I missed in the configuration?

Do you have multiple proxies by any chance? This is done per proxy so it could be it is only applied to one and the rest uses the other bandwidth.

Throttling means that you set a predefined (in your case 60 Mbps) as an average. See https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=40 for the explanation
