Typo on website

Post by stvajnkf »

https://www.veeam.com/kb2765

The patch on the above page says "Version: 2.0.0.567", but it actually updates to 2.0.0.594. Wouldn't this be more clear if it said "Version: 2.0.0.594" on top of the page, and "Requirements: 2.0.0.567" under that?

Hi,

Version reference at the top of the page reflects the build, which is applicable for the new patch. This is true for all the KB articles.

Ok, that's totally fine of course, if that's how Veeam wants to do it. I just know my first impression when I saw the page was that the patch didn't apply to me because the "version" it displayed was already the version I was running. I was just trying to be helpful for anyone else who might make the same mistake I did :)

It's just the way we design our articles for years )
Thank you for this note, and please let us know if you notice any other things that may look confusing or inconsistent (these things happen...)
