Unable to backup .One item

Hi,

Looks like people is using right now more Onenote in Office 365, when a task try to do the backup of .One we got everytime a waning " Item has been changed during the backup" , and this tigger a Retry 1,2,3.
28/11/2024 9:16:32 :: Processing site **** with warning: Failed to process item: "*****/transporte.one. Item has been changed during the backup :: 0:27:32
Is there any public fix to process this files or skipp them? As far as i know OneNote backup is not supported but files are stored in Sharepoint/Onedrive in the user.

I can look into the situation further once I have the comments from our support engineer on your case. Please provide me with your support case number. Alternatively, you can directly ask your support engineer from your case, as they should have a list of any known bug or issues.

Update: I run a short search of similar support cases and found no indications of a new known bug related to your situation. Typically, the message suggests that the OneNote file was open and being modified by its owner during the backup process. In other support cases, customers were advised to contact the OneNote owner to make sure the Onenote file is closed during the backup session.
