Unable to create a ticket
When I try to open a ticket for Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, I cannot find 'Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365' under purchased products. How can I open a ticket for 'Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365'?

Hi grewde, welcome to the forums.
I would advise check if you're set as a Case Administrator. Check the article and confirm you're set as a Case Administrator, and if you have troubles, you can open a General Inquiry or Licensing case (no specific license or role required), and the Support team will be able to help you out if the Case Administrator KB does not.
