Unable to see Teams option in VBO v5
Hey guys,
Excited to see that Teams support has been added and I've upgraded my VBO server but I can't seem to add a backup job for Teams.
I have looked at https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/vbo36 ... tml?ver=50 and when I try and add "Teams" as an object as shown, it doesn't appear.
I am running version 5.0.0.1061 and did an inplace upgrade, and have updated my datastores.
I made a new datastore / drive for the data
I have 5 existing jobs
I have reboot the server
I installed the 3 explorer agents from the install file download
I have downloaded and installed my license from my Veeam portal to ensure that's the latest
What am I doing wrong, or should I raise a support case?

Did you edit the organization and enable Teams as a service you want to protect?

Ahhhhh that was it
So I'm not gonna lie, I didn't read the manual... that was probably stated in there, wasn't it?

It's listed when adding a new organization. We'll look into improving the editing page itself.
Happy to help and enjoy the new feature!

Re: Unable to see Teams option in VBO v5
Thank, I do have one more question.
I'm going through the process and it's stuck and the Edit Organization screen, Exchange Online Credentials.
I have the Application ID and password documented from the initial setup, and it hasn't changed, neither has the App Password but it's not letting me click next.
Is there a way I can provide screenshots in this forum?

You can upload the images to a service like OneDrive, Dropbox, imgur,... and use the [img] tag to post them (or just provide the link).

Can u continue if u provide the same password? This may be a bug so if providing the same password doesn't work, please contact support and let us know the case ID.

Re: Unable to see Teams option in VBO v5
Thanks, I did put the same password in and it wouldn't let me.
I'll raise a case, just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything before I did.
The default for this screen when I came into it was "Application Certificate" but when I changed it to secret, it didn't enable the Next button and use the stored passwords.

So I didn't get around to raising the case, but it wanted me to confirm both passwords, even though it suggests "click here to CHANGE the password", ignoring it doesn't work. I needed to reenter both the App password and the service account password.
Thanks for your help again Niels

OK so I'm gonna keep this one going, and ask the same question I've been asking about the others
Is there a way to dynamically backup Teams sites?
I can see the listing of my teams items now but it seems like there's a way to dynamically back up all sites like I can for Sharepoint?

This is possible by choosing specific objects, select the organization and then only include/thick Teams.

Niels, thank you once again for your assistance and patience, it is very much appreciated as always
I didn't even think of doing it this way like I did with Sharepoint.
