[BUG] - Update 4c Turns off Email Alerting

Just found this out today but the latest O365 update for some reason seems to turn off all email alert options (checkboxes) for sending alerts for Success, Warning, etc.

This is extremely bad as we have tickets to go to our Service Desk for triage when needed.

Please make Support and whomever aware.
