Update Users in an existing Job
I have 30 licenses. I have 29 assigned, but I need to remove one user no longer with the company and add her replacement. I can't figure out how to do that?

First: Welcome to the forums!
When you remove the user from the job, the license will become available again after 30 days. The protected data will remain in the repository for as long as the retention as set.
If you need the license earlier, then you need to remove the data and revoke the license. That can be done through PowerShell
