In all five of our test and production environments our Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 install is on 6.0.0.385. All five report up to date when running the Upgrade Wizard. In one of these environments there is an update to 11.1.0.385 available for two of the Explorers, but no other updates.
Should an upgrade to 6.1.0.254 be available? Do we need to manually update our environments?

Hi,
I'd highly recommend you upgrade to the latest version, and indeed you will have to do it manually this time.
We do not distribute the latest version via the auto-updates wizard because of the issue with certificates.
