I have a client that has a small office so they are using Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Community Edition since awhile back.
The version they have currently is 4.0.0.1345 and Backup & Replication 9.5 Community Edition and I am looking for ways to upgrade it while still keeping the data.
I can't upgrade from inside the software because I receive a Certificate Error when downloading the patch.
I read on https://www.veeam.com/kb4203 that i can download a patch to update to version 5 but I don't know if the patch works for the community edition.
So I am reaching out to what is the best way to update this edition.

Re: Upgrading from 4.0.0.1345
Hi Mathias
Welcome to the forum.
As promised, I‘ll also answer your question here.
With 4.0.0.1345 you should directly update to the newest release v6.0 of VB365 with the ISO:

There is something addional to consider. You are using Veeam Backup & Replication 9.5 (VBR) on the same server (which is not recommended). You must update it to V10 or later before updating your VB365 application to Version 6.0.
I don‘t see your VBR build, but you can follow this post for the upgrade path:

Thanks
Fabian
