UPN of users not shown, how to tell OneDrive backups apart?
Hypothetical:
We've got a person who moved to a different division within a global multinational organization, and she was given a new "everything" (new Microsoft account, new email address in a different domain).
For example:
Sue.Smith@tailspintoys.com
Sue.Smith@contorso.com
The HR department at TailSpinToys (TST) has requested a restore of her TST OneDrive files for a legal case.
In Veeam Data Cloud, the user appears twice as shown below and it does not appear to be possible to determine which entry is for TailSpinToys and which for Contorso:
Sue Smith
Sue Smith
We want to make sure that we only provide the TST OneDrive, and NOT the Contorso OneDrive when responding to the request.
It's not immediately obvious when viewing the filenames on the one drive as to which one is which.

Hey Mark,
Interesting usecase for sure. Based on what you write, I actually thought of another scenario also that could be the same. Right now, you should be able to distinguish them (OneDrive) through the URL when you are on the root of the OneDrive restore link.
For example, it would be something like:
https://TailSpinToys-my.sharepoint.com/personal/... and https://contorso-my.sharepoint.com/personal...
I will discuss this with the PMs of VDC and see if they can add an additional column to the view to make it easier.

Hi Mark,
This is a good point as we show the UPN at the top of the restore session when restoring mailboxes, @Mike Resseler if you want to mention this as part of the request that we've already got a 'place' we show such data, we could extend this for additional services.

Dear Team,
All though they are all shown when viewing the "all OneDrives" root folder, they don't seem to have a sort order, and cannot be sorted by any column. This makes finding the desired drive (if there are tens of thousands) an exercise in reading each one on every page until you find it:
"Linear search using eyeballs."

Sorting (and filtering) is something which is on the roadmap to be implemented in the API's of the core underlying solution
