I was wondering if we backup O365 to a remote location how much bandwidth is used from the initial Veeam server location ?

Hello,
the bandwidth is "bandwidth from M365 to Veeam" - "compression".
If you use object storage in the remote location, then the compression is on average around 50% (depending on the data of course). For jet databases, it's more or less irrelevant.
