v2: Shared Mailbox, OneDrive was not found

Hi guys, I have a fresh installation of VBO v2

I've added to backup some Shared Mailbox, and I get this error

Why Veeam try to backup the OneDrive of a Shared Mailbox? Is it possibile to disable / ignore such warnings?

Hi Marco,

It is not possible at this point in time to disable/ ignore the warning. We are however receiving more and more reports of organizations where this occurs. What you can do is edit he processing options for that specific (or multiple) mailboxes and make sure that OneDrive for Business is not processed. Then our solution will not look for it.

I've noticed that with Sharepoint and OneDrive backup enabled, Veeam was resolving 30 object to backup

After disabling them, it was able to resolve and backup all my 76 users selected during first config

That's weird

I'm lost now... What do you mean? When was VBO resolving only 30 objects? During the backup run or when the job is created?

During the backup run. After disabling Sharepoint and OneDrive backup it was enumerating 76 users

That is absolutely not normal and I can't imagine what is causing this. Please create a support call. Thanks
