Value cannot be null
Finally got around to removing the beta and installing the most recent 1.0.0.912 version. The backups kind of work but I get a lot of these errors:
4/4/2017 7:03:05 PM :: Processing mailbox something@domain.ca failed with error: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: repository
Thoughts?
Thanks,
Mark

Re: Value cannot be null
I would suggest contacting support. It looks like something from the beta got left behind and thus creating problems for the GA version. We have a KB which has the same warning but this is in regards moving O365 backups however it might help you (https://www.veeam.com/kb2228).

Hi Mark,
Yes, please contact support with this. Niels is absolutely correct. I believe I have seen this before and if my believe is true, they have the fix for it
Thanks
Mike

I wiped out the server, spun up a new one and installed the software on it and all is well.
Thanks,
Mark

Re: Value cannot be null
Got the same problem here as well. Just cannot figure out what to do. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, removing job, removing organization and adding everything back.
Same result:
11.04.2017 10:07:20 :: Processing mailbox xxx@xxx.com failed with error: Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: repository
Any ideas???

Hi Satheesh,
As I stated above, contacting support would be the best way. They can dive into logs and the database to see where it goes wrong. Please post the support case ID (and follow-up) here after that
Thanks
Mike
