Veeam 365 fails since Microsoft Loop is activated in tenant

Hi,

My Veeam 365 fails since I activated MS Loop on my tenant and created a workspace.
I got always: Failed to process site: https://xxxxxxxxx.sharepoint.com/conten ... 10856ec1c0. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Somebody a solution?

Please open a support case and let us know the case number.
I found similar cases. RnD is currently researching this situation.
If we need to provide a hotfix, a support case will be required.

To provide an update on this issue:
Loop is currently released by Microsoft in a Preview and such sites are not supported for backup in VB365. We delivered a hotfix that automatically excludes such sites from processing to avoid excessive warnings/errors on your backup jobs; it's available via support and in the following KB: https://www.veeam.com/kb4440

Yes I know its its Preview just wondering if enabling this will break anything, or Veeam will not know what to do with it, etc.

Microsoft Loop is not yet supported. Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 will throw job errors.

We will work on it once those export API's are available. I had a discussion with MSFT last week about it, but I think it will not be for soon as they still have work to do on that API.

A third-party graph export API solution is also available for Loop components that supports both raw export and an HTML offline format.

No news; currently, loop sites cannot be backed up with Veeam.
