Veeam 8.1.0.305 / NTLM and Exchange on-premises

Is NTLM no longer supported? I am not using Negotiate yet - if I setup EWS to only use NTLM, Veeam will fail. I have other issues and until I get Kerberos setup, I prefer to stick with NTLM - it worked fine in the previous version.

Hi John,

There were no changes on the Veeam's side. If you have not explicitly disabled NTLM, it should work as always. You can create a support call to troubleshoot the issue with our engineers.

I opened a case - but they closed it as we have the free version - I have played with this quite a bit - and it appears that v8.x does not support NTLM anymore. If I disable Negotiate/Kerberos - version 8.x will no longer connect. At this time, I can't use Negotiate on our network, so I am kind of stuck.
