Hi Veeam!
At the moment we have multiple Windows 11 "servers" running Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365, but we are basically creating "Server Sprawl" by having one "server" = one Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365. It is a waste of resources, and I want to try and consolidate them.
As an MSP, is there a way for us to backup multiple client's data in Microsoft 365 from one machine? At the moment I think the biggest issue is the licensing structure, we can have two 'organisations' in Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 but we cannot input two separate licences into Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365.
In the interest of protecting ourselves and future proofing, we really don't want to join two licences together to cover both. It would also mean that it becomes harder to know how much one client is using compared to another client.
Any thoughts? Ideas? Are we doing it the right way?

Re: Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 for MSP?
Hello Alex,
But to offer Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 as a service, you must use our rental licensing. Using an end-user license (subscription) to provide such services to different customers is not permitted. If you want to use one server to protect different customer, then rental license is required.
Please register yourself as a Veeam service provider to initiate the process to get access to our rental licensing:

Once you are registered as a service provider, please have a loot at our Veeam Service Provider Console. This tool will assist you with rental reporting, and monitoring of all customer and service provider backup servers. It also offers VB365 Self-Service capabilities (and other products as well) to your customers:

Yes, it's possible to use a single VB365 backup server to protect multiple M365 tenants from different customers. The majority of our service providers use this approach. As an MSP, is there a way for us to backup multiple client's data in Microsoft 365 from one machine?

The service provider console will provide you with that information for rental licensing. You will get a monthly report where you can see which customer has used how much of your rental license:It would also mean that it becomes harder to know how much one client is using compared to another client.
