[PRODUCT UPDATE] Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 5a

Hi All!

Today we’re rolling out Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 version 5a (build 5.0.0.1070). It is the newer build of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 version 5.0 that addresses issues reported by customers on the previous builds. For more information on this release, please see KB4082.

We highly encourage all customers who are currently running builds 5.0.0.1061 and 5.0.0.1063 of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 to upgrade to the version 5a by applying a Cumulative Patch KB4078.

For the new customers and those who are running older versions of Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365, the newer version 5a is available on the product download page on Veeam.com.
