Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Service
I cannot get the Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Service to start. I keep getting an error when trying to start it manually . "The Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Service service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

Re: Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Service
Robert,
Can you log a support call? Might be difficult to troubleshoot over the forums. Could you also post the case ID and (afterwards) the solution here? It might help other people also
Thanks
Mike

Okay I found the problem. It appears if you have a program that blocks the use of USB ports the service will not let the service start. For me this was because GFI EndPoint Security.

A program that blocks the USB ports? I'm glad that you found the problem but I fail to see the link between the two. I'll ask our engineers if they know what that is

Re: Veeam Backup for Microsoft Office 365 Service
Robert,
We are uncertain what the USB has to do with it, so it might be interesting if you could log a support case, enable GFI again so we can troubleshoot what goes wrong
If you do, please post the support case ID and the follow-up here
Thanks
Mike
